Access Control / Gate Operator / Fence Technician
Under the direct supervision of department management, we are seeking a candidate to perform and coordinate the following job requirements:
- Installation and service for Gate Operators (swing, slide, barrier arm, and vertical lift)
- Installation and service for Telephone Entry Systems
- Installation and service for Access Control Systems, including keypads, RFID readers, and magnetic locks
- Installation and service of Perimeter Fencing and related hardware
- Fabrication and welding of gate components and supports
- Reading and interpretation of blueprints and technical drawings
- Ensuring compliance with all OSHA safety standards and on-site safety protocols
- Providing excellent customer service while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor
- Participating in an on-call rotation for after-hours service as required
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience installing and servicing gate operators, access control, or related mechanical systems (preferred)
- Experience in fence installation, service, or maintenance (preferred)
- Fabrication and welding experience helpful
- Technical education or relevant trade background preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Clean, valid driver’s license (required)
- Ability to pass drug and background screening
Must be team-oriented, organized, and reliable
Technician - Industrial Door
Under the direct supervision of the department management, we are seeking a candidate to perform and coordinate the following job requirements:
- Installation and service for Commercial Revolving Doors
- Installation and service for Overhead Rolling Steel Doors
- Installation and service for Dock Levelers
- Installation and service for Sectional Doors
- Installation and service for Fire Security Shutters
- Installation and service for Rolling Grilles
- Installation and service for Counter Shutters
- Installation and service for Door Operators
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 years experience installing and servicing automated, industrial, and/or rolling steel doors
- Minimum of 1 year experience installing and servicing door operators
- Forklift and welding experience helpful
- Clean, valid Driver’s License is a must
- Ability to pass drug and background screening
